Minutes of Visit Department – Public Relations Bureau of BEM FKG UI

A few days ago, on Wednesday April 7, 2021, an event was held from the BEM FEB external relations department, namely the Visit Department. The Visit Department is part of the Campus Visit work program, which aims to conduct comparative studies and exchange ideas about the work program of each BEM. This program has only been implemented once, starting with the external relations department visiting the BEM of another university. The BEM chosen this time is BEM FKG UI. This activity involved members of the external relations department of BEM FEB Unair with members of the public relations bureau from BEM FKG UI. This event was attended by 11 members of the external relations department of BEM FEB Unair and 8 members of the public relations bureau of BEM FKG UI. The Department Visit began at 7 pm, beginning with remarks from the head of the department of external relations and the head of the public relations bureau. Then continued with the introduction of each member and material about the management and work programs of each department and bureau. There are 15 work programs for the BEM FKG UI public relations bureau consisting of:

Grand Launching which is the opening of the management to introduce BEM FKG UI and branding to the academic community.
Grand Closing is the opposite of the Grand Launching, this activity closes the management of the organization and appreciates the outstanding community of FKG UI.
The FKG UI Open House is an external work program that accommodates high school students to find out more about FKG UI through seminars and workshops.
UI Campus Surgery is to provide UI and FKG information to high school students in order to promote UI FKG.
Transdentistry is a work program to establish good relations between BEM FKG throughout Jakarta and create closeness as colleagues.
PSMKGI delegation which aims to strengthen relations between PSMKGI member institutions and support the implementation of PSMKGI work programs.
Public Relations Net is a bridge between BEM public relations throughout UI to socialize and share with each other.
Comparative Study and Host Comparative Study is a visit to an external FKG organization and facilitates external parties who want to exchange insights with BEM FKG UI.
The Dentzjournal aims to publish up to date BEM FKG UI 2021 student activities every month to the entire FKG UI community and external parties.
Say it By Card aims to publish and distribute greeting cards made by media bureaus in commemoration of religious holidays, national health days, graduations, doctor's oaths, and other exams.
Dentztalks is the creation of creative content containing interesting information that is packaged in the form of electronic products and uploaded to the IG BEM FKG UI.
Chinemas is a fun agenda that invites alumni of the previous year's BEM FKG UI PR bureau.
Upgrading the Communication and Informatics Sector is the delivery of material on digital marketing for organizational and personal social media
Beyond Boundaries Virtual Exchange Program UI x UM x CMU is a culture sharing program, lectures for each university organized by UM.
Nusantara Smile Campaign IIUM x UI x Trisaksi x UGM is a work program that forms a smile campaign with collaborating universities.

After the explanation of the work program material, proceed to the sharing session. This session aims to exchange ideas on the work program of each BEM. After the sharing session, the event closed with a photo session and the submission of e-certificates to the public relations bureau of BEM FKG UI.
