PSDM DAY 2020
Description
The PSDM DAY activity is an activity held for all administrators of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga for the period 2020. In the series of events there are several materials on responsibility, organizational management and cooperation. Followed by family sessions between administrators and games aimed at building teamwork, enthusiasm and strengthening the sense of brotherhood and increasing trust between all BEM FEB UNAIR 2020 management.
This activity is carried out considering that there are so many work programs that have been running for approximately half the management period, which makes all administrators tend to work based on work programs in each department so that there is a lack of time to be able to gather together in one cabinet which can cause misunderstandings between fellow executives of the Executive Board. Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga. Not only that, this activity is also carried out with the aim of having fun with one cabinet to unwind after all the administrators have worked for approximately half a period.
