Intellectual Week and Student Togetherness (PIKMEN 2020), is a joint work program from all Student Organizations at the Faculty of Economics and Business as a door for cadre and introduction to the world of lectures, especially in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga for new students.

PIKMEN 2020 this time carries the theme "20 Hero's Spirit in the Generation of Change" through that theme, PIKMEN 2020 has a vision to instill the spirit of the Indonesian heroes in all new students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga class 2020 in order to become a generation of change for the nation. Indonesia. PIKMEN 2020 carries values ​​such as integrity, intellectuality and a sense of ownership, where the hope of all individuals who are part of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University 2020, is to become a person who gives meaning and benefit to the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga, and Indonesia. .

PIKMEN will be held on 4-6 September 2020 and will be held online via the zoom platform. With the number of participants approximately 1000 along with the committee.
