(FEB NEWS), Tuesday 24 August 2021, FIELD OF RESEARCH, INNOVATION AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT – FEB UNAIR under the leadership of Deputy Dean III - Dr. Ahmad Rizki Sridadi, has held the Process of Signing the Cooperation Agreement between the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB UNAIR) and the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Yapis Papua – Jayapura (FEB UNIYAP).

Present at the event, a team from FEB UNAIR under the leadership of the Dean of FEB UNAIR – Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia., SE., MSi., Ak., CMA., CA., Deputy Dean I – Dr. Wisnu Wibowo., Vice Dean II – Dr. Nisful Laila, Vice Dean III – Dr. Ahmad Rizki Sridadi, Special Staff for Deputy Dean III – Luthfi Nur Rosyidi, SE., MM., and PIH FEB UNAIR Coordinator – Nur Aini Hidayati, SE., M.Si.

Meanwhile for the team from FEB UNIYAP, under the leadership of the Dean of FEB UNIYAP - Dr. Mohammad Aldrin Akbar, SE., MM., Deputy Dean I - Dr. Drs. H. Ahmad Jusmin, SE., MM., Deputy Dean II - Sahrul Ponto, SE., M.Sc., Deputy Dean III - M. Ridhwansyah Pasolo, SE., M.Acc., Ak., CA., KPS Accounting - Dr. Entar Sutisman, SE., M.Ak; KPS Management - Dr. Suratini, SE., M.Si.

Both parties agreed to cooperate for a period of 3 (three) years, which covers the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, which includes Education and Teaching, Research and Development, and Community Service, in order to improve HR competencies both through Masters Education (S2), Doctoral Education (S3), and Professional Education Programs, joint research, community service, provision of experts/teaching staff/resources, use of facilities and infrastructure as well as facilities from both parties required, implementation of seminars, workshops, symposiums or other scientific activities , and also the implementation of the Independent Independent Learning Campus Learning Program (MBKM).

In his speech, the Dean of FEB UNAIR – Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia., SE., MSi., Ak., CMA., CA. emphasized that FEB UNAIR very well welcomes various forms of cooperation which include the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, because it is aligned to support the GOVERNMENT in this case the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) which is currently focusing on building human resources (HR), as mandated by President Joko Widodo, where the focus of development is currently shifting from infrastructure development to human resource development (HR), in order to carry out the mandate to advance Indonesian human resources.

More Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia., SE., MSi., Ak., CMA., CA., stated that FEB UNAIR is ready to collaborate in the form of mentoring (guiding lecturers)/guest lecturers, in every subject that requires sharing, implementation of service The community and research will soon be designed together with UNIYAP, improving HR competencies through Masters Education (S2), Doctoral Education (S3), and Professional Education Programs (with an online scheme during the pandemic).

The Dean of FEB UNIYAP - Dr. Mohammad Aldrin Akbar, SE., MM., stated that he was very pleased with the signing of the Cooperation Agreement and stated that he would soon carry out the first collaboration, for the Professional Education Program and asked the Team from FEB UNIYAP to immediately collect data, discuss further processes with FEB UNAIR, and if possible it can be started in this Semester, Odd Semester for the Academic Year 2021/2022.
