Debriefing of Candidate Graduates for the March 2020 Period, on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at Fadjar Notonagoro Hall, 2nd Floor, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga (FEB Unair), with the theme: "Graduates Strategy for Career Development in the World of Work" This time, FEB Unair invited Alumni Class of 1985, namely Dra. Iis Herijati, Ak - Compliance Independent Director of PT. Bank Maspion Indonesia, Tbk., as the speaker.

With great enthusiasm and very straightforward, Iis Herijati presented his material with the theme "Growing Through Integrated e-Solutions", in which Iis Herijati explained that "we are currently heading towards the industrial revolution 4.0, where everything is digital", and according to Iis Herijati , "what is meant by digital is not just a tool, but also the human way of thinking must also be digital / continue to develop".

“Life is learning, even our whole life journey is learning. Because science, knowledge or technology is always increasing, and we also must not stop learning. If we stop learning, we will either be excluded or left behind', that is the message Iis Herijati always conveys.

Iis Herijati, told how his journey in pursuing a career started from scratch. Forging after forging at every level of position he went through, he did with high commitment and dedication. He continues to do various kinds of training, or certification as well as refreshment throughout his career. For him, “integrity & competency are very important and needed by everyone at work”.

At the end of the session, Iis Herijati also invited the Millennial Team from PT. Maspion Bank Indonesia, Tbk. where they are selected based on a variety of different educational backgrounds to provide sharing experiences for prospective graduates/graduates, about how, when they first entered the workforce, while working and how they could survive in the world of work.

Because of what science, technology continues to grow if we stop we will be the ones who are left out, people who are left behind in the industry, so if we work in different industries, we must not stop learning.
