Explain the phenomenon of public economy and regional finance, and be able to explain the relationship between variables in the public economy. Analyze the symtoms and phenomena in financial policies and central and local goverments. Furthermore, this course discusses various public policies, both related to the expenditure side and the income side and relates them to indicators of welfare in the community.
