ABSTRACT
Avoidance behavior done by consumers because it often sales people use inspired tactics that adaptive to consumers. Consumers have some response different associated with the activity of sales conducted by sales people, one of them is avoid sales people. This research trying to assess what has caused consumers avoid having behavior sales people. The purpose of this research is to know factors affecting avoidance behavior in insurant agents. This research used a quantitative approach. Population this research is whole city Surabaya have used insurance. Samples to be taken were 197 respondents with the methods purposive sampling. Data collection method used is questionnaire and documentation. The result of this research that skeptic having negative influence through trust, skeptic have a positive influence to avoidance and trust have a negative influence on avoidance.
