During the COVID-19 pandemic, the business environment has undergone many changes. To provide additional knowledge regarding the development of management science during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Management Department of Universitas Airlangga presented a series of guest lectures inviting international lecturers.

This third guest lecture was held on Saturday, October 2, 2021, with our international guest lecturer, Dr. Jacinta Chan Phooi, from Malaysia’s University of Malaya. This session was guided by the Secretary of the Management Study Program of Airlangga University, Made Gitanadya Ayu Aryani S.E., MSM.
