Stepping together to become a tough leader in "Leader in Motion: Leadership Adventure Hunt" - Workshop on the leadership by Hima S1 Management Universitas Airlangga
In an era full of changes and challenges, the ability to lead swiftly, carefully, and full of empathy is the main quality needed by every individual who wants to have a positive impact, both in the organization and the professional world. Realizing the importance of this, HIMA S1 Universitas Airlangga presents an organization training development entitled "Leader in Motion: Leadership Adventure Hunt", a training experience that combines interactive learning with exciting and applicative leadership missions.
With the Experiential Learning approach, participants will be invited to explore various scenarios and challenges that represent real conditions in leading the team, managing conflict, and making strategic decisions. Not only sitting and listening, participants will be actively involved in Adventure Hunt, a series of team missions that hone leadership through cooperation, communication, and strategy.
Some of the main values that will be raised in this workshop include:
- Active and responsive leadership to changes
equip participants with the ability to think quickly, stay calm under pressure, and responsive to team dynamics and the environment. - Direct Application of Leadership Principles
Through Field Challenge Sessions, Participants directly apply leadership theory in real practice that tests their flexibility and firmness. - Strengthening Soft Skills of Leadership
Participants will develop emotional intelligence, the ability to convey ideas effectively, and become active listeners in the team. - Collaboration and simulation of organizational situations
are designed so that participants learn to understand the role of leaders in the team's work context, distribute tasks, and create synergy to achieve common goals.
With the spirit of "Leader in Motion", this workshop became a forum for UNAIR management students to find and hone their leadership style. Through a pleasant and challenging experience, participants are expected to be able to bring adaptive, inclusive, and efficient leadership values in the future.
