Stepping Together to Become a Strong Leader in “Leader in Motion: Leadership Adventure Hunt” — Leadership Development Workshop by HIMA S1 Management Universitas Airlangga
In an era full of change and challenges, the ability to lead swiftly, carefully, and empathetically is a key quality needed by every individual who wants to make a positive impact, both in organizations and the professional world. Recognizing the importance of this, the Student Association of Undergraduate Students of Management, Universitas Airlangga presents Organization Training Development entitled "Leader in Motion: Leadership Adventure Hunt", a training experience that combines interactive learning with exciting and applicable leadership missions.
With an experiential learning approach, participants will be invited to explore various scenarios and challenges that represent real conditions in leading a team, managing conflict, and making strategic decisions. Not only sitting and listening, participants will be actively involved in the adventure hunt, a series of team missions that hone leadership through collaboration, communication, and strategy.
Some of the main values that will be highlighted in this workshop include:
- Active and Responsive Leadership to Change
Equips participants with the ability to think quickly, remain calm under pressure, and respond to team dynamics and the environment. - Direct Application of Leadership Principles
Through field challenge sessions, participants directly apply leadership theories in real-world practice that tests their flexibility and assertiveness. - Strengthening Leadership Soft Skills
Participants will develop emotional intelligence, the ability to convey ideas effectively, and become active listeners in a team. - Collaboration and Organizational Situation Simulation
is designed for participants to learn to understand the role of leaders in the context of teamwork, distribute tasks, and create synergy to achieve common goals.
With the spirit of "Leader in Motion," this workshop provides a platform for UNAIR Management students to discover and hone their leadership styles. Through this enjoyable yet challenging experience, it is hoped that participants will be able to bring the values of adaptive, inclusive, and effective leadership to bear in real contributions going forward.
