(FEB NEWS) Master of Management Program, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga (MM FEB UNAIR), again held a social action. This time in 2022, on January 16, 2022, at Icon Mall Gresik, the MM FEB UNAIR Program, especially the 56 Weekend Force, held an event with the theme "Driving Sustainability With This Ability", in commemoration of Environment Day.

In this event, in addition to the Hydroponics Seminar (in collaboration with Petrokimia Gresik) and also special performances from the ABK (Children with Special Needs) children, the event chaired by Eko Romadianto, was held by involving dozens of students of SLB Bhayangkari II Gresik, to encourage and hone their potential. they went through a Canvas Bag Coloring Contest and a Tumpeng Decorating Contest. Approximately 40 students of SLB Bhayangkari II Gresik participated in the competition.

According to Eko Romadianto, “From various limitations, of course, one should not give up in achieving achievements. You have to keep your spirits up”, and even though it's called a competition, all participants in the competition still get prizes, as a form of appreciation for their struggle and hard work in carrying out their duties and achieving results.

The same thing was also conveyed by the Deputy Chair of the Kemala Bhayangkari Gresik Foundation - Maya Eko Iskandar. According to him, this activity can be a forum for SLB students to improve their talents and capacities, as well as increase their self-confidence.

Meanwhile, according to the Head of FEB UNAIR Management Department – ​​Dr. Gancar Candra Premananto, this activity was held as a form of commitment to building human resources, in the form of CSV activities related to the Business Management Concept, so that all parties can benefit equally.

This activity is one of the real contributions of the Faculty of Economics and Business in supporting: 1. Quality education, where students are able to implement the theory gained in Business Management lectures through the CSV program 2.) As an effort to reduce inequality, especially in terms of disability, through sharing mentoring activities for students with special needs and 3.) a form of support for the 17th SDG's, the Partnership to achieve goals.
