E-Radio FEB Universitas Airlangga held an Upgrading program supported by the Human Resource Development Department. The purpose of this activity is to improve organizational competency for all E-Radio administrators and members in 2025. Through this program, it is hoped that each individual can become the next generation of the nation who has high intellectual abilities who are able to continue the struggle of E-Radio administrators in the previous period, and produce quality human resources.
The implementation of this Upgrading is also in line with the achievement of SDGs Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, by providing training and development of organizational skills to participants. In addition, this program also aims to improve other skills relevant to the world of work, so that participants have a better chance of getting decent work or achieving success in the future. This activity is intended for all E-Radio administrators and members in 2025, and takes place for 2 days on April 26-27, 2025, at Villa Tiyasa Batu, Batu District, Malang.
