The Uniformity Room is an initiative of the Strategic Studies and Action Department (KASTRAT) of BEM FEB UNAIR 2026 to strengthen the capacity of functionaries in implementing established work programs. This event is designed as a collaborative learning space between all BEM FEB UNAIR departments, with a focus on understanding the crucial basics in program execution, such as the Corporate BEM Blueprint, (ANSOS) social analysis and Organizational Conflict and Decision Making. This event is expected to create uniformity in work standards, increase the efficiency of program implementation, and strengthen synergy between departments.
