The Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga as an institution that oversees all organizations within the FEB UNAIR environment, has the responsibility to ensure that each organization develops professionally and adaptively to external demands.

In carrying out its role, the Public Relations Division holds a strategic position as the organization's representative in building relationships with sponsors, partners, and other stakeholders. Therefore, targeted and consistent competency standards are necessary to ensure optimal communication, branding, and external collaboration.

As a manifestation of this commitment, the External Relations Department of BEM FEB UNAIR presents Strategic Training, a capacity-building program designed to standardize and improve the public relations competencies of FEB UNAIR student organizations.

With more mature competencies, each student organization's Public Relations is expected to be able to build more strategic relationships, present impactful collaborations, and improve the reputation of the FEB UNAIR Student Organization in the eyes of external stakeholders.
