Media Partners who enter into agreements will later assist student organizations in supporting the excitement and introducing unique and new events organized by ORMAWA. All registered student organizations operating under the Faculty of Economics and Business can utilize the media partner facility.

The implementation of the Media Partner Agreement begins with submitting an agreement to prospective media partners regarding promotional requests for events to be held by ORMAWA, and also as data collection for them later so that they can schedule and the media partners can run them. The media used by the Student Executive Board in carrying out this collaboration are through official Instagram and Line accounts. The Student Executive Board will also appoint a person in charge to oversee the progress of the collaboration and also to ensure that the collaboration is effective, optimal, and on target. The implementation of this agenda will be carried out during one period of the 2024 FEB BEM management, namely until December 31, 2024

In its implementation, the implementation of media partnerships supports one of the SDGs 17 agendas, namely Partnerships to Achieve Goals. Media Partners open opportunities to collaborate with anyone as long as they can reach an agreement that certainly has the potential to increase profits. Thus, collaborating with various parties, such as governments, non-governmental organizations, the private sector, and civil society, can help raise public awareness, encourage public participation, and build multi-stakeholder engagement. This is in line with one of the SDG targets, which, among other things, encourage public-private cooperation and partnerships with civil society.
