Magics (Internship With AcSES) is a work program from the HRD division that accommodates new students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga to intern at ASES. Magics has several series of events starting from Ormawa Expo, Open Recruitment, Taaruf Day, and closing ceremony. Ormawa expo is held during PIKMEN, by visiting classes provided by the PIKMEN committee which aims to introduce AcSES to new students.

Open recruitment itself is an activity to filter new students who are interested in participating in MAGICS, to then be selected and the results will be announced on the AcSES social media platform. In improving hard skills, soft skills, and achievements, AcSES internally shares experiences and motivation to new students.
