UPGRADING EVENT ACTIVITIES
Entrepreneur and Business Society (WEBS)

The Student Organization Upgrading Workshop Entrepreneur Business Society is an annual internal agenda aimed at strengthening relationships between members, strengthening a sense of togetherness, and fostering a collective spirit in running the organization. Carrying the theme "Bond Together, Closer Than Ever", this activity was held for two days and one night on August 8-9, 2025 at Villa Agape, Pacet, a cool and comfortable location, ideal for building a family atmosphere and shared reflection.
The main focus of this activity is to build emotional relationships and cohesiveness among members through fun and meaningful activities. From the first day, participants were immediately invited to participate in various interactive activities designed to create a friendly atmosphere. The activity opened with a food decorating game, where participants were challenged to decorate and serve food with unique creative ideas. This game not only honed creativity but also strengthened cooperation and communication between members.
Next, participants took part in the main game session entitled Mission WEBS, which was a series of group challenges such as solving logic puzzles, building towers from simple tools, searching for colored balls scattered in a swimming pool, and guessing the answer at the end of a series of clues. The game is comprehensively designed to develop problem-solving skills, collaboration, and joint strategy in a competitive yet fun atmosphere.
In the evening, the atmosphere of the activity shifts to a more reflective and emotional one through a formal session that begins with Tritera, a forum for sharing stories and values ​​from three generations of management that provides a deeper understanding of the history and spirit of the organization. This session continues with Deep Talk, which creates a safe space for participants to share stories, express hopes, and build stronger emotional connections and member cohesion. The benefits of this activity are not only felt internally by the members, but also align with the values ​​of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By strengthening soft skills and character building, this upgrading supports SDG 4 (Quality Education). The values ​​of entrepreneurship, collaboration, and leadership that are cultivated support the achievement of SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth). Cross-generation activities that emphasize cooperation and mutual support are closely related to the spirit of SDG 17 (Partnerships to Achieve the Goals).
With a calming natural setting, a series of busy yet enjoyable activities, and a family spirit flowing throughout the event, this upgrading became an important moment in building the foundation of emotional relationships and closer unity among members within the Workshop Entrepreneur Business Society organization.
