School of Business Internal is an internal activity to improve insight and skills that can support student business activities. The Entrepreneur Business Society (WEBS) Workshop Universitas Airlangga held a series of activities aligned with the 8th Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs), namely Decent Work and Economic Growth. This activity aims to equip students with skills and insights relevant to the world of work and sustainability-based entrepreneurship. The program held in the form of a workshop with the theme . In addition, WEBS also invited speakers in their fields to discuss human resource management, operational management, auditing, and digital marketing, as well as the role of innovation in creating inclusive economic growth.
SOBI activities will take place on March 15 - May 23, 2025 at the Soepoyo Hall FEB UNAIR. This year's SOBI is divided into 4 sessions. In each session, speakers will present materials on human resource management, operational management, auditing, and digital marketing, as well as the role of innovation in creating inclusive economic growth.
The School of Business Internal program encourages students to become competent workers and young entrepreneurs capable of contributing to more inclusive and sustainable economic development. This activity also opens up opportunities for collaboration between academia, industry, and government to create a resilient business ecosystem and support the achievement of SDG 8, which focuses on creating decent work and sustainable economic growth.
