EVENT ACTIVITIES Entrepreneur and Business Society (WEBS)

Internal Division Training (IDT) 2025 is a work program of the Human Resources Development division that aims to shape the human resources of WEBS members Universitas Airlangga, explaining to WEBS members to become organizers who know their position in the organization and are able to carry out their functions well and correctly through sharing with people who know the position. Moreover, at the beginning of the event, it will be explained how WEBS has carried out its functions so far. The theme presented this year is divided into 4 themes presented by each division. So that during the next year of management, WEBS can develop better. This activity was held on March 17-18, 2025, located at Moments Cafe, Surabaya.

This activity was carried out with the aim of forming Human Resources for members of the Entrepreneur Business Society (WEBS) Workshop Universitas Airlangga. Through Internal division trainingactivities, WEBS members are expected to become organizers who know their position in the organization, such as responsibilities, teamwork, leadership, time management and are able to carry out their functions well and correctly through sharing with people who know the position. Moreover, at the beginning of the event, it will be explained how WEBS has carried out its functions so far. So that during the year of the management going forward, WEBS can develop better. Thus, Internal Division Training of WEBS UNAIR is a useful and relevant activity to SDGs No. 4, because it contributes to improving the quality of education and developing Human Resources for members of the Entrepreneur Business Society (WEBS) Workshop Universitas Airlangga.
