The Student Legislative Body (BLM) FEB UNAIR 2024 held the “Best Staff 2024” event on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at Villa Mediana, Pacet, Mojokerto Regency. The event, which took place simultaneously with “Upgrading BLM 2024,” was a form of BLM initiative to recognize, motivate, appreciate, and strengthen the performance of BLM staff who have shown extraordinary dedication and commitment in carrying out their duties.
With this, BLM hopes that the “Best Staff 2024” activity will be an important instrument in building a positive work culture, increasing staff motivation and performance, and helping the organization achieve its goals. Therefore, the “Best Staff 2024” event also supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) point 16, namely Peace, Justice, and Strong because providing fair and transparent awards to entitled staff can strengthen the performance and sustainability of an effective, accountable, and inclusive organization.
