          The Upgrading X EGR activity is an activity carried out by Eradio FEB Unair to share with alumni. This activity was held online on Friday, May 27, 2022, precisely at 7:00 PM WIB. Upgrading is a seminar and sharing session with E-Radio alumni who have had successful careers in broadcasting as well as an evaluation of E-Radio's performance and work programs in the previous period. This activity aims to provide encouragement and inspiration to the new E-Radio 2022 management. The Upgrading will be attended by the 2022 Eradio management and members. The Upgrading event, themed "Build Your Confidence in Public Speaking," will discuss tips on how to do good public speaking. This is very relevant for Eradio members who must master public speaking because this organization is engaged in the broadcasting field. Meanwhile, the EGR theme for this year is "Share The Taste of Your Campus Life". EGR (E-Radio Good Relationship) is a semi-formal event that brings together active E-Radio members and alumni to strengthen relationships and motivate future members. The goal is to strengthen the relationship between active E-Radio members and alumni. This event is attended by both Eradio members and alumni. In this EGR, alumni will share about life while studying on campus. This will educate Eradio members on how to maximize themselves while studying. 

          These two activities align with SDG goal number 4, Quality Education. Quality education ensures that quality education is accessible to everyone. This is because education plays a crucial role in improving people's quality of life. The Upgrading X EGR program will further motivate students, especially Eradio members, in the broadcasting field. It will also enable them to build relationships with experienced alumni in the workforce, thus educating Eradio members to prepare for their future careers.
