Recharging 1 is a collaborative activity program held by all E-Radio administrators for the 2025 period. The series of events includes presentations on how to collaborate effectively, foster team cohesion, and improve the internal performance of all E-Radio administrators. The speakers are expected to foster organizational motivation, enhance skills, and foster a sense of camaraderie among E-Radio administrators.

The implementation of this activity is also one of E-Radio FEB UNAIR's efforts to support the values ​​contained in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDGs 4 (Quality Education) with activities that aim to make participants better prepared to face challenges, more confident in working with others, and able to apply family values ​​in the team.
