The Farewell Party is one of E-Radio FEB UNAIR's work programs to celebrate the farewell of members and administrators in an atmosphere full of memories, appreciation, and fun. This event includes activities such as games, award distribution, and joint reflection, which helps maintain good relationships between members even though their time together has ended. The Farewell Party has several important benefits for E-Radio FEB UNAIR members. First, this event helps improve social and leadership capacity, because members are directly involved in planning and managing activities, so that skills in collaborating, leading, and organizing events can be developed. Second, this event provides an opportunity for members to reflect on what they have learned during their time in the organization, both academically and in personal development, which supports the concept of lifelong learning. Finally, the Farewell Party also plays a role in empowering the younger generation by encouraging them to continue being active in activities that support education and self-development, both inside and outside the formal context, in line with the goal of SDG 4 which emphasizes inclusive and quality education.
