EAC (E-Radio Announcer Competition) is a program of E-Radio FEB UNAIR designed to hone public speaking skills, particularly in the context of radio broadcasting. This program aims to develop the soft skills of the younger generation in public speaking by providing them with the opportunity to practice and demonstrate their abilities as radio announcers.
Broadcast media, whether radio, television, or other platforms, play a crucial role in conveying information to the public. EAC helps participants understand and master effective speaking techniques, improve their communication skills, and prepare them to become competent and professional announcers. This activity is also one of E-Radio FEB UNAIR's efforts to support the values contained in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDGs 4 (Quality Education). Therefore, we as E-Radio administrators want to develop the interest and potential of the community, especially millennials, in podcasting by holding the E-Radio Announcer Competition (EAC).
With EAC, participants not only gain practical experience in the world of broadcasting, but also have the opportunity to improve their confidence and speaking skills, which are invaluable in various aspects of professional and personal life.
