Upgrading "Start Everything with Bismillah"

This Upgrading activity is a series of work programs of the PSDM Division which aims to introduce all new MOSAIC administrators of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga for the 2022 period.
This activity has been routinely carried out by MOSAIC with the aim of:
- Strengthening the faith, morals, and ethics of the 2022 MOSAIC FEB UNAIR management.
- As an event to introduce the 2022 MOSAIC FEB UNAIR management.
- Increase motivation, self-confidence, mutual trust and a sense of togetherness among the 2022 MOSAIC FEB UNAIR administrators.
- Forming the characters needed for the running of an organization.
Upgrading itself is the first agenda that is very important for the sustainability of the organization in the future. We can see this from the series of Upgrading activities consisting of introductions between MOSAIC administrators for the 2022 period, leadership materials and fun games that can build cooperation between teams, enthusiasm, and foster a sense of brotherhood and foster trust among all administrators and provide an understanding of the internal performance of MOSAIC FEB UNAIR 2022. In this event, the speaker presented is a MOSAIC Alumni with a myriad of achievements, namely Andi Priatama Ramadhan. Therefore, this event will provide many new insights and the Upgrading Event is one of the efforts in realizing the goal of SDG 04, namely "Ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education, also supporting lifelong learning opportunities for all."
