The KOPSI Enthusiast 2025 internship program is designed as an intensive learning journey for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga who are passionate about cooperative-based entrepreneurship and ready to compete. Registration for this internship program is open from August 24, 2025, to September 6, 2025. More than just an internship, this program is an accelerator to develop strong, strategic, and leadership-minded individuals. During the program, participants will be actively involved in various organizational activities, ranging from managing selected divisions such as Communication and Information, Human Resource Development, Education and Training, Research and Development, to Public Relations. Through these activities, participants not only learn the ins and outs of a superior cooperative but also develop soft skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and argumentation skills. The program will culminate with the peak event of the Year-End Meeting (RAT) and Farewell Party in December 2025. This moment is used as a reflection and evaluation of the organization's journey throughout the year, while the Farewell Party is a warm celebration to appreciate the contributions of all interns and create unforgettable memories.
