Facilitator for Competency Certification is a work program from the S2 MM Student Association Universitas Airlangga in the form of a forum for student training that includes increasing student competencies and confidence in managing human resource functions, professional recognition that increases their competitiveness in the labor market, and the ability to make a significant contribution to the organization. This certification also helps participants in developing a more directed career in the field of HR. This activity will be held for two days on 27-28 September 2024 offline in the Mindrowo FEB Unair Hall.
In the BNSP (National Professional Certification Agency) certification activity in the field of human resources aims to assess and recognize the ability of students in carrying out human resource management functions in accordance with national standards.

By having this certification, students not only get official recognition of their competence, but also increase their competitiveness in the world of work, especially in the role of human resource management. This certification also provides an in -depth understanding of the best practices in the HR field, which is very relevant to be applied in various industries.
