The National Business Case Competition (NBCC) is a competition for solving business cases in a corporate environment aimed at students from all over Indonesia. This competition aims to be a means of conveying new ideas or concepts in solving business cases from a student's perspective. NBCC is also part of 4 Management Expo 2021 sub-events.
NBCC 2021 carries the theme "Optimizing the Role of Digital Transformation for Businesses in the Disruptive Era". The widespread use of digital platforms has provided momentum to accelerate digital transformation during the COVID-19 pandemic. This encourages business players to optimize the role of digital transformation in their business operations. In order to make this happen, business people are required to utilize the technology that best suits their needs so that each series of business processes can run in accordance with the stated goals. By carrying this theme, we hope that holding this event can foster student innovation and creativity in solving business problems in the era of digital transformation.
NBCC 2021 registration is open on July 18 - September 16, 2021. Registration is free of charge. NBCC consists of three stages, namely the preliminary stage, the semifinal stage, and the final stage. At each stage, participants will be given a business case and make a solution from the case given. Participants who have registered will follow the preliminary stage and make a case solution in the form of an essay. Then, participants who qualify will follow the semifinal stage and make a case solution in the form of paper and video. In the semifinal stage, participants will be charged Rp125,000.00. The 6 best teams from the semifinal stage will qualify for the final stage. In the final stage, each participant is asked to present answers and recommendations from the case that have been given at the semifinal stage. Participants will also attend a guest lecture that will be attended by speakers from a company. After attending a guest lecture, participants will get an additional mini case with the duration of work determined by the committee. Of the 6 teams will be obtained 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place, hope 1, hope 2, and hope 3.
