Besides academic ability and intelligence, humans cannot survive without the ability to communicate with others. As social beings, humans cannot be separated from relationships, interests, or assistance from others. Communication is crucial to the effectiveness of a group or organization because it can broaden horizons and the scope of knowledge.
The Management Visit activity is a visit activity for UNAIR Management undergraduate students consisting of a Company Visit and a University Visit. This year's University Visit was conducted with the University Student Association in Indonesia, namely the Gajah Mada University Management Student Association (IKAMMA FEB UGM) on May 28, 2022, which aims to gain new knowledge about the organization of the university's Student Association. Meanwhile, for this year's Company Visit, we invited speakers as representatives of companies who will present the theme "Strengthen the Core of Digital Business" with PT. Tri Adi Bersama (AnterAja) on June 4, 2022. This event aims to equip students with various knowledge and insights about competition and careers in the world of work in the digital business.
The implementation of this Management Visit is related to SGDs on numbers 4, 8, and 17. This is because Quality Education in this activity facilitates Bachelor of Management students to obtain new educational knowledge from universities and companies in Indonesia without regard to SARA. Then, in point 8, namely Decent Work And Economic Growth which is continuous with the theme that will be brought, namely "Strengthen The Core of Digital Business" where management students will later get information related to the core of digital business by studying organizational systems, logistics systems, financial systems, marketing systems, and how products in the company are produced. In point 17, namely Partnership for the goals because Management Visit will collaborate with companies to prepare a generation of Bachelor of Management students Universitas Airlangga who are qualified and have the readiness of skills to enter the world of work.
