Management Start-Up Challenge or abbreviated as MSC, is a national level business plan and mentoring competition for high school/vocational school students and D3/D4/S1 students (maximum semester 5) throughout Indonesia to enhance the entrepreneurial spirit of students and college students.

MSC 2022 is a sub-event of Management Expo 2022, themed "Millennial Generation for Innovation and a Brighter Economy in the New Normal Era," an effort to help create a positive startup ecosystem. This aligns with SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure. 

 To broaden millennials' insight into entrepreneurship, MSC 2022 presents a National Webinar as part of a series of events with the theme of "How to Become an Entrepreneur in Line with the Development of Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure." The MSC 2022 Webinar was held online via Zoom meeting on September 3, 2022, at 8:30 a.m. WIB. The speakers at the MSC 2022 webinar were Cynthia Cecilia, Founder of Jobhun, Community Leader at IndigoSpace Surabaya, and Maulana Wiga, President of Bepah Group. The presenters at the MSC 2022 Webinar were Alviane Cristyarini (S1 Management Student, Universitas Airlangga) with moderators Sri Mafrihatun Annisa (S1 Management Student, Universitas Airlangga) and Alifya Salsabilla Farabi (S1 Management Student, Universitas Airlangga).

The MSC 2022 webinar aims to provide education and information on how to develop an entrepreneurial spirit, focusing on achieving the goal of developing innovation, industry, and infrastructure for international markets. This webinar is free and open to all MSC 2022 participants, high school/vocational school students, and university students, as well as the general public interested in fostering entrepreneurship and innovation in the current new normal era.
