Management Olympiad (MO) 2025 is an annual event of Universitas Airlangga Undergraduate Management Student Association which is part of the series of major Management Expo (MEXPO) 15 events, this event is a national level olympiad among high school/vocational high school students of the same level which aims to compete in problem solving and increase understanding in the field of management science.

This year, the Management Olympiad (MO) 2025 carries the theme “Mastering Business Fundamentals: Growing Leaders for a Better Future!” which is expected to produce future leaders who master the fundamentals of the business world while supporting sustainability in SDGs 4 Quality Education, SDGs 8 Decent work and economic growth, and SDGs 17 Partnerships for the goals.
