GOT TALENT MANAGEMENT

Management Got Talent or MGT is an annual event to channel and develop interests and talents organized by HIMA S1 Management Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga .
Management Got Talent can be participated by Active Students of S1 Management Universitas Airlangga . The purpose of holding Management Got Talent 2025 is to provide a forum for active students of S1 Management to showcase their interests and talents including talents other than singing and dancing, strengthen relationships between Management classes, and foster awareness of the development of talents and potential of S1 Management students Universitas Airlangga . This competition will take place on Thursday, October 30, 2025. The theme of Management Got Talent in 2025 is "Artcade: Level Up Your Talent". "ARTCADE" is a combination of the words Art and Arcade. This means that this is not just an art stage, but a visual game arena where each performance is a "new level" of student creativity.

The series of MGT 2025 events begins with a Technical Meeting which will be held on October 26, 2025. At this Technical Meeting there will be an explanation of the rules, a Q&A session, and also the determination of the performance order. The Final day will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025. The Final day will begin with remarks from Dr. Dien Mardhiyah, SE., M,Si., as the Head of the Undergraduate Management Study Program, FEB Universitas Airlangga, Muhammad Difkha Ariestha as the Head of the Undergraduate Management Student Association, FEB Universitas Airlangga, and Sakha Raihan as the Chief Executive of Management Got Talent 2025. After that, it will continue with performances from each participant with a duration of seven minutes. The announcement of the winners will be announced at the end of the event.

Through MGT 2025, HIMA S1 Management FEB Universitas Airlangga also supports Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 4, namely "Quality Education". MGT is a forum for developing students' interests and talents, not only academic but also non-academic, supporting holistic learning (hard skills & soft skills), and helping students improve their creativity, self-confidence, and potential outside the classroom. With the existence of Management Got Talent, it is hoped that it can strengthen the relationship between active S1 Management students.
