The Management Expo is an annual event organized by Universitas Airlangga Management Student Association (HIMA S1 Management) and aims to prepare students to be competitive and responsive to the corporate environment. The 2022 Management Expo (MEXPO) is a series of events, including:
- Management Olympiad (MO)
- Management Startup Challenge (MSC)
- Universitas Airlangga Stock Exchange Competition (UASTEC)
- National Business Case Competition (NBCC)
In addition to the 4 sub-competitions, a Workshop and Gala Dinner will be held as the Closing Party of a series of Management Expo (MEXPO) 2022 events. The main theme of Management Expo 2022 is "Integrating Youth to Reach Sustainability in the International Market" which aims to open the minds and insights of millennials to the international market. This big theme is related to Goal no. 8 in the SDGs which is Decent Work and Economic Growth which means that these SDGs encourage sustainable economic growth, higher levels of productivity and technological innovation, and encourage entrepreneurship and job creation. In addition, this big theme is also related to Goal no. 17 of the SDGs which is Partnership for the Goals which also aims to increase access to technology and knowledge, Coordinate policies to help developing countries manage their debt, and encourage investment for less developed countries, which is very important for sustainable growth and development. It is hoped that this series of Management Expo 2022 events can be used to achieve SDGs goal no. 8 and 17 to help drive economic growth and enhance cooperation between countries by helping integrate millennials and Indonesia's younger generation with the international market.
