The MESC or “Management E-Sport Competition” work program initiated by the Sport and Art department of HIMA S1 Management Universitas Airlangga is an e-sport competition aimed at active students Universitas Airlangga and the general public who are interested and talented in the field of e-sports. The purpose of MESC is to be a forum for active students Universitas Airlangga and the general public to train their strategic thinking skills through online games Mobile Legend and Stumble and Fifa23.

In the context of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), MESC 2023 is related to SDG number 17, namely "Partnership for the Goals." The MESC 2023 program aims to facilitate Universitas Airlangga students and the general public to compete in the field of e-sports. This program does not limit the formation of teams consisting of various departments and faculties, thus encouraging cross-disciplinary collaboration in this competition. MESC also collaborates with ormawa (student organizations) from several faculties and departments to disseminate information related to MESC 2023.

With MESC, it is hoped that participants will develop their skills and interests in esports and achieve success in this competition. Furthermore, MESC also serves as a platform to strengthen collaboration and cooperation between students from various study programs and faculties in achieving common goals.
