International Youth Exchange and Conference (IYEC) Chapter 3 Countries is an international program that aims to improve the critical thinking of Indonesian youth through an International Conference that increasingly motivates them to express critical thoughts while increasing the horizons and insights of Indonesian youth and becomes a space for consolidating the young generation to realize the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) goal 16, namely supporting a peaceful and inclusive society for sustainability, providing access to justice for all development and building effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels.

Therefore, this program was initiated to invite Indonesian youth to contribute and add to their internationalization experience, support the acceleration of sustainable development (SDGs), introduce various Indonesian cultures to the global, develop the leadership and innovation of Indonesian youth in positioning themselves with foreign cultures, provide a space for reflection and reprojection of Indonesian civilization, as a forum for developing soft skills in facing the increasingly complex disruption of the youth world and to hone learning skills and life skills for future provisions in order to realize the generation of "Golden Indonesia 2045".
