The "Grand Opening 2024" program held by the Department of Human Resources and Development aims to introduce new students to the S1 Management Study Program in FEB Universitas Airlangga and Hima Management Organization. This event is important to welcome, provide insight, and motivate new students to be interested and develop in the study program.
This program is related to the value of SDG 10: Reduced Inequality (reducing the gap) where this program creates an inclusive environment that welcomes all new students regardless of social, economic, or cultural background. This helps reduce the gap by providing equal access to information and opportunities for all students. Implementation can be in the form of inclusive language use, team building activities that involve all new students, and interactions that encourage active participation from all participants.
