Entrepreneurship skills or entrepreneurship are now one of the skills most needed by Human Resources (HR) in the industrial era 4.0. Entrepreneurship is a process and not an independent activity but a continuous activity (Nusantoro, 2002). The process is in the form of a planning process, organizing, operating and taking risks from a business venture (Griffin, 2004). In this very dynamic era, HR is also required to be able to have creativity and innovative mindset. Entrepreneurship skills provide many influences for individuals such as the ability to think creatively, communication, and decision making. Entrepreneurs also have many important roles in the economic development of a country, such as adding jobs, overcoming unemployment, and creating new innovations that are useful to the community.
At present many startups have sprung up with creative and innovative ideas, but they are forced to go out of business because they have not yet been their cords in overcoming challenges and taking advantage of existing opportunities. In addition, most of them do not have discussion partners or business mentors in compiling ideas and overcoming their business problems. Mentoring is a supporting means for young entrepreneurs by providing mentors and helping in overcoming problems, providing useful insights in running start-up-business by learning from the experience of previous mentors. Mentoring is useful for providing opportunities for development to provide personal support and motivation where the relationship between mentors and students is a favorable relationship. Therefore, Hima S1 Management Study Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga held an Entrepreneur Class with the theme "Crafting a Marketing Strategy that Drives Business Success" which is a workshop and business mentoring for entrepreneurs in Indonesia aimed at developing entrepreneurship skills owned by the participants.
