The Student Association of Development Economics (HIMA) Universitas Airlangga will hold an Upgrading activity facilitated by the Student Resource Development Department to improve organizational skills. This activity is expected to provide individual character development to all HIMA EP 2025 administrators through knowledge of organization and leadership, as well as build harmony among HIMA EP 2025 administrators through a series of activities.

This upgrading program also contributes to the achievement of SDG Goal 4: Quality Education, through training and organizational skills development. This activity serves as a means to provide training aimed at improving other skills relevant to the future world of work. Thus, it can increase participants' opportunities to obtain decent employment in the future and prepare them for success.

This activity is aimed at all HIMA EP 2025 administrators. The Upgrading will be held for two days, on March 15-16, 2025, at Villa Mediana, Mojokerto Regency. In the Upgrading series, there are several series of events such as Character Building Camp and FGD, SOP Signing, BPI Presentation, and sharing from the classes of 2022, 2021, and 2020. The indicator of the success of this Upgrading is the participation of 85% of HIMA EP administrators who are able to participate in this activity smoothly.
