PERSONAL BRANDING MASTERY (PBM)

Universitas Airlangga Economics Student Association held the 2025 Personal Branding Mastery (PBM) event with the theme "Opportunities and Challenges in Building Self-Image in the Social Media Era." This event aims to provide students with understanding and practical skills in building a positive, authentic, and consistent self-image in the digital era. Through an interactive talk show format featuring inspiring speakers, students were invited to discuss how to utilize social media as a means of self-development, expanding networks, and displaying their identities wisely.
This event supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDGs 4 (Quality Education) by improving students' digital literacy and communication skills, SDGs 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by fostering students' competitiveness so they are ready to face the world of work and career opportunities, and SDGs 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through collaboration with professional speakers and support from student organizations. Thus, Personal Branding Mastery is expected to equip students with more confidence, integrity, and readiness to face challenges and opportunities in the digital era. The Personal Branding Mastery was held on September 6, 2025, in the Miendrowo Hall, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga . The success of the Personal Branding Mastery was demonstrated by the attendance of 65 Economics students. It is hoped that all Economics students Universitas Airlangga will attend and benefit from the messages and experiences conveyed by the speakers through a series of activities.
