ENTREPRENEURSHIP CLASS

The Student Association of Economics, Universitas Airlangga held an Entrepreneurship Class (E-Class) activity initiated by the Department of Entrepreneurship as an agenda to provide business planning materials with the aim of fostering young entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. Through this activity, it is hoped that all active Economics students will gain a broad and comprehensive understanding of business planning, which can be realized through the process of presenting materials and inclusive consultations with speakers.
The implementation of this E-Class also supports the achievement of SDGs Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, by producing prospective young entrepreneurs who are educated and trained to create decent jobs and actively contribute to economic growth. In addition, this activity also represents SDGs Goal 4: Quality Education, because in its implementation, it presents speakers who have capabilities and competencies in their fields, so they are expected to be able to provide quality education and training.
E-Class also serves as a forum for sharing experiences on how to structure and develop a business in a structured and systematic manner to have sustainability in the future. The target of this activity is all active Economics students. The E-Class will be held for two days, namely on May 17 & 24, 2025, at the Tirto Hall, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga .
E-Class activities include business plan material presentation sessions, intensive consultations with speakers, brainstorming sessions for each team in determining business ideas, and presentations of the results of the business plans that have been made. The indicator of the success of this activity is the participation of at least 4 teams (each consisting of 3 Economics students). This upgrading activity is expected to run smoothly and have a positive impact on all participants.
