The Student Association of Development Economics Universitas Airlangga is holding an Eccents event, facilitated by the Department of Science. The event aims to provide a platform for students from various universities to develop critical thinking on economic issues. This activity involves participants in a Scientific Writing Competition (LKTI) and a National Seminar.
The 17th ECCENTS also supports the realization of SDG Goal 4: Quality Education, through the development of research-based science. The 17th ECCENTS provides a platform for developing scientific research, particularly in the field of economics, through a scientific paper competition. This competition can improve the quality of education and research in higher education, which can ultimately address current economic issues.
The target of this activity is all students from universities in Indonesia (for Scientific Writing Competition), students and the public (for national seminars). The 17th Eccents consists of several activities, namely:

3. Eccents: Case & Discuss: August 3, 2024
4. Meet The Judicators: Friday, September 27, 2024
5. City Tour: Friday, September 27, 2024
6. Eccents National Seminar: Saturday, September 28, 2024
7. Awarding Night: Saturday, September 28, 2024
Indicators of the success of the 17th Eccents event:
● Obtaining 40 LKTI abstract submitters.
● National seminar participants reached 105 participants.
● 80% of participants gave a good rating in the survey for the national seminar.
● 80% of participants gave a good rating in the survey for the entire Eccents series of activities.
