To strengthen connections between members and foster a sense of togetherness, KSPM UNAIR initiated an Upgrading program aimed at fostering camaraderie among its members. This Upgrading program was specifically designed with a focus on developing teamwork through various group missions. Each mission was designed to foster effective communication, strengthen coordination, and hone problem-solving skills within the group. In addition to fostering intellectual development, this activity also provided an opportunity for members to learn more about each other, share stories, experiences, and aspirations, which would help build stronger solidarity among members. Through the KSPM UNAIR Upgrading program, it is hoped that each member can grow into individuals who not only possess in-depth knowledge of the capital market but also maintain strong and solid relationships with their colleagues

This activity demonstrates KSPM FEB Unair's concrete contribution to supporting the achievement of SDGs number 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth. With high hopes, we strive to shape a generation that not only understands capital markets but is also prepared to contribute to sustainable economic development.
