In order to strengthen connections between members and form a sense of togetherness, KSPM Airlangga University initiated upgrading activities that aim to increase intimacy among members. This upgrading activity is specifically designed with a focus on developing teamwork through various group missions. Each mission has been prepared to build effective communication, strengthen coordination, and hone the problem of problem-solving in groups. In addition to being an intellectual development event, this activity is also an opportunity for members to get to know each other deeper, share stories, experiences, and aspirations that will help build stronger solidarity among fellow members. With the UNAIR KSPM upgrading activity, it is hoped that each member can grow into an individual who not only has in-depth knowledge of the capital market, but also has a compact and solid relationship with his colleagues

This activity is a concrete manifestation of the contribution of KSPM FEB UNAIR in supporting the achievement of SDGs Number 8: decent work and economic growth. With great hopes, we try to form a generation that not only understands the capital market, but is also ready to contribute to sustainable economic development.
