Minutes – Welvis SB IPB / Monday, March 15, 2021

On Monday, March 15, 2021, the External Relations Department of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) held a Welcome Visit. The Welcome Visit is an event where BEM FEB Unair welcomes guests from other high schools and universities to conduct comparative studies with BEM FEB Unair. The purpose of the Welvis is to gain information and knowledge about the management of the visiting university's BEM and to establish relationships and friendships with the visiting university's BEM. This activity involved all BEM FEB Unair administrators for the 2021 period with the guests who conducted the comparative study. This time BEM FEB Unair received a visit from BEM SB IPB. This event was held via the Zoom platform. This Welcome Visit was attended by 133 from BEM FEB Unair and 56 from IPB. It began with remarks from the President of BEM (Thariq Priadmojo) and Vice President (Andrew Alvaro Harun) of BEM Unair for the 2021 period and continued with the Chair of BEM from SP IPB (Mizan Laz). The event continued with presentations from each BEM regarding their management and respective work programs. Following the presentations, a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) followed. This FGD was divided into departments and bureaus via Zoom breakouts. In this forum, we got to know each other across the departments and bureaus within BEM and exchanged information about each department, including their management and each work program. The event concluded with a group photo.
