Minutes of the Welcome Visit of the BEM FKM Universitas Airlangga

On Friday, June 3, 2022, the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) of UNAIR received a welcome visit from the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Public Health (FKM) of UNAIR. This visit was facilitated by the Department of External Relations of BEM FEB UNAIR and BEM FKM UNAIR. This event was held via Zoom Meeting and was attended by 213 participants, consisting of BEM FEB UNAIR and BEM FKM UNAIR administrators. The purpose of this visit was to exchange insights regarding knowledge and work program innovations, as well as to foster relationships and collaboration through presentation sessions from each BEM and focus group discussions (FGDs) from each department or bureau.
The welcome visit event began at 6:30 PM WIB with the MCs, Andien from BEM FEB UNAIR and also Kayla from BEM FKM UNAIR who guided the event from beginning to end. The series of events began with an opening from the MC and continued with remarks from Vania Safira as President of BEM FEB UNAIR and Bagus Saputra as President of BEM FKM UNAIR. The next event was the presentation of material from each President and Vice President of BEM.
The event continued with a Focus Group Discussion (FGD), which consisted of presentations from each department and bureau held in their respective breakout rooms. In the FGD, each bureau or department shared information about their respective bureau or department, starting with introductions of each department member and presenting their work agenda for one hour. After the FGD concluded, participants returned to the main room to continue the game, which involved a 10-question quiz.
The next event was filling out the CSI welcome visit form provided by the Department of External Relations of BEM FEB UNAIR and also the attendance link for BEM FKM UNAIR. And the event continued with a certificate awarding session from BEM FEB UNAIR to BEM FKM UNAIR as a form of appreciation represented by Vania Safira. The certificate handover was also carried out by BEM FKM UNAIR to BEM FEB UNAIR represented by Bagus Saputra. Finally, the entire series of welcome visit events from BEM FEB UNAIR and BEM FEB UNUD closed with a closing by the MC at 21.05 WIB.
