To enhance organizational skills, the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga (BEM FEB UNAIR) is holding an Upgrading program facilitated by the Student Resource Development Department. This program is expected to equip all 2024 functionaries with the skills to apply BEM FEB UNAIR's operational standards and serve as a platform for strengthening relationships among functionaries.

The Upgrading program also supports the realization of SDG Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth. Through training and organizational skills development, student functionaries can become more competent in the organizational field. Upgrading also serves as a platform for providing training aimed at improving members' skills in leadership, management, effective communication, and other skills relevant to the world of work. This can increase their chances of finding decent work in the future or even prepare them to become successful entrepreneurs.

Based on the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, the work program of the Student Resource Development Bureau of BEM FEB, the results of the 2024 BEM FEB UNAIR management meeting. We held an "Upgrading" with the aim of providing new BEM FEB UNAIR management and members with organizational skills, as an event to introduce the 2024 BEM FEB UNAIR management, and to form the characters needed in running an organization.

The target of this activity is all BEM FEB UNAIR functionaries for the 2024 period. It was held for 2 days, namely on March 9 and 10, 2024, which took place at Villa Puncak Trawas, Kemiloko, Trawas, Mojokerto. In the implementation of "Upgrading" there were 4 materials presented. The indicator of the success of this "Upgrading" was the participation of 150 participants. In addition, the event ran smoothly and only took place for one day. And the budget was appropriate and even a surplus which will later be allocated to other PSDM Department work programs.
