The Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB UNAIR), as the governing body for all organizations in FEB UNAIR, feels the need to continuously improve soft skills relevant to current developments. One of the essential skills for every organization is building strong partnerships, solving problems effectively, and fostering trust and leadership.
Therefore, the External Relations Department of BEM FEB UNAIR strives to meet these needs by presenting Strategic Training 2025 with the theme "From Connection to Collaboration." This theme highlights the importance of partnership skills, problem-solving, trust-building, and understanding the urgency of event publicity in creating impactful collaborations.

Through interactive talk shows with experienced speakers in their fields, Strategic Training 2025 is expected to provide a platform for members of the Public Relations Division across all organizations at FEB UNAIR to hone their skills.
