The SOBAT BEM activity is an internship program held for all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga in 2020 and 2021. This series of activities begins with an open recruitment where students who register will undergo a series of selections consisting of psychological tests and interviews divided into different schedules according to department and bureau. BEM SOBAT BEM who successfully pass the selection stage until the end will attend a welcoming party as a sign of their membership in BEM FEB UNAIR 2022
