The Self-Development Program is a series of self-development activities aimed at all active undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga , in 2022. This program aims to provide a platform for self-development through understanding and applying soft skills within individuals. The three-day program features several relevant speakers who thoroughly discuss soft skills. It is hoped that this activity will serve as a reference for students in utilizing and implementing their soft skills in future activities.
