Self Development Program

The Self Development Program (SDP) is a flagship program of the Professional Development Department of the Student Executive Board (BEM FEB) Universitas Airlangga , which aims to support student self-development. This program is designed as a forum for undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga to improve their quality of life, both through the development of soft skills and hard skills certification. Thus, students are expected to be able to compete in the academic and professional world.
The SDP lasts for one period of the BEM FEB of Airlangga University management Universitas Airlangga is implemented through various forms of activities, such as training, seminars, workshops, and professional certification. These various initiatives are designed to equip students with relevant skills and support their future career journey.
More than just a self-development program, the SDP also contributes to realizing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth. This program provides facilities and opportunities for all FEB students Universitas Airlangga to obtain and create decent work, inclusive economic growth, and equitable social protection. The access to knowledge, skills, and professional certification provided in this program is expected to help students improve their competitiveness in the workplace. Universitas Airlangga
