Saturday (10/27) a leader is not only from the lineage or who has been educated with leadership abilities. At present, a leader can be created, forged, and educated even though he does not have the ability to lead.


"This event is indeed designed as an activity to prepare for the regeneration of Ormawa leaders at FEB Airlangga University or for students who have an interest in the field of leadership. So, many positive things can be taken from this event." said Candra as chairman of the committee. Therefore, the School of Leadership is one of the work programs of the Department of Student Resources Development (PSDM) in the Organization of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga which aims to create leaders cadres in which there are sharing about things that must be possessed by a leader.
