Prabu Adhikari: Mentoring is the work program of the Department of Sciences of BEM FEB UNAIR. Mentoring was formed on the grounds to increase the insight of the knowledge and achievements of UNAIR students, especially students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, who previously declined in 2019. This year Prabu Adhikari Mentoring carries the tagline "Beyond Your Limits and Be The UNEXPECTED" because it is expected that with this mentoring program it can make all participants beyond their ability limits and become more powerful 'unexpected'. This activity will be packaged in a special class with mentors who are experts in their respective fields and of course guide the participants. Mentoring has five classes, including: Business Plan, Business Case, Scientific Writing, Indonesian Language Debate, and Model United Nation (MUN). Mentoring took place on May 22 - September 11, 2022. 

By taking part in competitions or competitions, you can use it as a stepping stone in the world of work because it cannot be denied that a multitude of achievements will beautify your Curriculum Vitae (CV), this is closely related to SDGs 8.
